Peter Vennel is a distinguished leader dedicated to fostering a data-driven culture and guiding organizations in monetizing data as a strategic asset. With over 25 years of extensive experience in data management, governance, and analytics, he collaborates effectively with C-suite executives and external partners. His expertise includes forming high-performance teams, managing vendors, and promoting enterprise standards across industries such as Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Automotive F&I, and Risk Management.
Peter holds numerous certifications, including CDMP, CBIP, PMP, SSBBC, TOGAF, and CIPM. He was recognized as the 2022 Collibra Ranger of the Year. He serves as the VP of Operations for DAMA International and Treasurer for DAMA Georgia. Additionally, he is a board member of the TAG Data Governance Society. Peter is currently part of the Global Data Office leadership team at Equifax.

Beverly Wright, PhD, CAP serves as Vice President of Data Science & AI at Wavicle Data Solutions, and Director for Data Science & AI at University of Georgia’s Executive Education.
With a career spanning over 30 years across utilities, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, consulting, and academia, Beverly has led numerous teams and established herself as a data science & AI thought leader, executive professor, national speaker, podcast host, and a trailblazing advocate for data science for good.
She also serves as Board Chair for TAG Data Science & AI, Board Member for Georgia Institute of Technology’s Master of Science in Analytics program, Past President of the Analytics Society at INFORMS, and podcast host for TAG Data Talk.

Dr. Junda Zhu
Dr. Junda Zhu brings over a decade of experience in applied data science and analytics, specializing in heavy industrial domains such as aerospace, renewable energy, mining, sustainability, manufacturing, and oil and gas. His expertise lies in leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to drive digital transformation, combining deep domain knowledge with machine learning techniques to maximize value, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Beginning his career in Prognostics and Health Management and sensing technologies, Dr. Zhu has held several notable roles. These include chairing the condition monitoring committee for the American Wind Energy Association, serving as Lead Data Scientist for Barrick Gold—the largest gold mining company in the world—and leading data science and analytics initiatives as Director at Koch Industries. Currently, he is the Senior Data Science Manager at Honeywell Connected Enterprise’s AI/ML Center of Excellence.
Dr. Zhu’s contributions include over 30 publications, two industry-recommended practice guidelines, and five patents, which have been cited more than a thousand times globally. He earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
