Marcy is an experienced technologist and business leader whose passion is helping organizations leverage data for impact. Marcy’s background is in technology with a focus on data strategy, governance, and information management.  She has held both individual contributor and leadership roles in data and analytics across various industries including several years of consulting.   

Marcy is currently the Head of Global Information Governance with IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she helps enable the business in the optimal use of data, while minimizing global privacy, security, and reputational risks associated with data.

Beverly Wright

Beverly Wright, PhD, CAP serves as Vice President of Data Science & AI at Wavicle Data Solutions, and Director for Data Science & AI at University of Georgia’s Executive Education.
 
With a career spanning over 30 years across utilities, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, consulting, and academia, Beverly has led numerous teams and established herself as a data science & AI thought leader, executive professor, national speaker, podcast host, and a trailblazing advocate for data science for good.
 
She also serves as Board Chair for TAG Data Science & AI, Board Member for Georgia Institute of Technology’s Master of Science in Analytics program, Past President of the Analytics Society at INFORMS, and podcast host for TAG Data Talk.

Wednesday Capstone

Pieter Lokker CIP is an experienced Information Management professional with over 20+ years’ experience. He has a track record of achievements in IIM, business consultancy, and Microsoft 365.  Currently, Pieter holds the position of Product Manager IM Practices and Behaviours at Shell. His role is to ensure that staff at all levels in Shell organisation can work efficiently and effectively with information and the Information Management (IM) toolset, enabling them to deliver Shell's business strategy.

Richard is a Principal Consultant at Doculabs and a strategist in AI-based process automation and content services. With extensive experience optimizing workflows and reducing costs, he has led numerous projects driving digital transformation for organizations across industries. Richard is a frequent speaker and published expert, known for his focus on scalable, cloud-based solutions that enhance efficiency and governance. His work emphasizes ethical and effective AI governance frameworks to meet evolving business and technology needs.

Kenneth is a Lecturer in Library and Archives Studies at the University of Manchester and a Ph.D. candidate in Information Studies at the University of Glasgow. With extensive experience in Archives, Records Management, and Information Governance, he has taught in higher institutions in Nigeria and served as a peer review expert for ACQUIN. Kenneth is also on the advisory board for the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Subject Benchmark Statement Reviews. His research focuses on improving governance, accountability, and service delivery through effective information management, with interests in digital preservation, computational archiving, and AI in libraries.

Meredith serves as the Information Management Systems Business Analyst for IT Operations and Governance at Harvest Midstream Company. With over 20 years of expertise, she specializes in developing and executing strategies for Content and Records Management. Meredith's technical background spans both cloud-based and on-premises systems, working with leading content management platforms and vendors. Her industry experience includes the oil & gas, energy, automotive, airline, and technical sectors. She holds an MBA in Technology and Marketing, a BS in Computer Science, and certifications as an Enterprise Content Management Specialist and Implementation Specialist.

Caleb has spent his entire adult lifetime in the process automation space, first as a programmer, then as a solution architect, and for 30+ years as a specialist in content management, document capture, and process improvement. Some of this session will be from practical experience implementing something similar to this. Some of the solution in the session will be aspirational. All of the session is about providing kernels of ideas for the audience to take home and grow to fit their own needs.

Christopher Hockey is a Manager in the Information Risk and Governance practice at Alvarez & Marsal, specializing in information governance, records management, and AI governance. With over 20 years of experience, he has developed data governance frameworks, lifecycle strategies, and led departmental growth across industries. Previously, he was Director of Information Governance at an AMLaw 200 firm, where he built the governance and records management functions. Christopher holds degrees from SUNY Oswego, Syracuse University, and St. John Fisher University and is certified in Information Governance and US Privacy.

Elliot McNally is currently the Archivist for the Atlanta Housing Authority. She is a certified archivist and received her MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh. She teaches preservation for archives and special collections courses for the UB MLIS program and works with arts organizations to manage their archives programs. Previously, Elliot was an archivist at the Coca-Cola Company, Savannah College of Art and Design, and the University at Buffalo. Elliot spends her free time turning her garden back into native habitat and keeping her hands busy with all things fiber arts, including teaching community natural dye classes.

Ron Rinner brings over 30 years of expertise in Advanced Document Processing and Generative AI. As a Senior Software Solutions Engineer and AI Cloud Solutions Architect at ibml, he specializes in AI-based document classification and data capture, leveraging ibml Cloud Capture with Intuitive AI. Known for crafting tailored solution demonstrations and engaging presentations, Ron effectively showcases software capabilities using real-world examples. With a background in solution consulting, project management, and presales engineering, he has played key roles in numerous high-profile projects. Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education from Franciscan University of Steubenville and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+).

A dynamic leader, Anthea's expertise in records management and governance helps organizations protect and optimize their information assets, while her dedication to diversity and inclusion drives meaningful impact.

Sarah Sheffield, CIP is the Lead Document and Records Management Specialist for the M&O Contractor of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Sarah has been at the SPR for just over 7 years but has been in the information industry on and off since 2008. Prior to her current position, she worked on the project to help Tulane libraries recover after the Hurricane Katrina disaster. She is a CIP, an AIIM Ambassador, and a part of the team revitalizing WIIM at AIIM. Sarah lives in Rockford, IL with her two furbabies, Rowan (dog) and Tilt (cat).

Gabrielle Spurlin has over 25 years of experience in the engineering, design, and construction industry, specializing in managing unstructured data and systems. From starting as a Project Accountant to becoming Global Director of RIM at a $6B firm, she has led complex initiatives with a creative, outside-the-box approach. Gabrielle has a diverse background, from teaching project management to engineers to implementing RIIM policies in a Fortune 100 company. Passionate about making a difference, she embraces challenges and enjoys finding solutions while helping others along the way.

Donda is the president and principal consultant of Helias Consulting, guiding companies in information governance with over 20 years of diverse experience as a practitioner, vendor, and consultant for Fortune 500 and Am Law 100 clients. A Certified Information Professional and AIIM International Fellow, Donda is recognized for her leadership as a past President of ARMA International's New England Chapter and an AIIM Ambassador. She actively contributes to her IGRM community through volunteering, mentoring, and speaking. With a holistic approach to information governance, she believes organizational success relies on the collective effort of everyone in managing information.

Dr. Colin Coleman, an accomplished leader in data and analytics, has held key roles across various industries, including serving as an officer of Inspire Brands, overseeing data science, insights, analytics, and enterprise-wide data governance to drive revenue and cost savings. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Equifax, leading initiatives in data strategy, innovation, and governance, and spent a decade at Turner Broadcasting in analytics product strategy and data governance. With experience spanning startups, Fiserv, and even NASA as a Research Aerodynamicist, Colin holds a Ph.D. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford and serves on advisory boards for Kennesaw State University and Data Science Connect.

Priya Sarathy, a thought leader with over 20 years of experience, specializes in delivering innovative AI and data strategies for Fortune 500 companies. As VP at Equifax, she developed a real-time data ecosystem framework and contributed to a patent for risk profiling. Passionate about AI literacy, she runs executive workshops, mentors students, and advises non-profits on AI/ML best practices. Priya also volunteers with INFORMS, Women in Identity, and other organizations, leveraging her expertise to guide businesses in harnessing data effectively through her company, Wheel Data Strategies.
