AIIM has rebranded its annual event! The shift to the AI+IM Global Summit isn’t just a name change—it’s a reflection of a broader vision. Formerly known as the AIIM Conference, the Artificial Intelligence and Information Management Global Summit emphasizes and builds on AIIM's commitment to empower information leaders and enable emerging technology in the information management industry. We have also rebranded our annual event in Europe as the AI+IM Forum Europe. 

The AI+IM Global Summit 2025 takes place in vibrant downtown Atlanta, Georgia at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta .

The AI+IM Global Summit 2025 is almost three days long, from March 31^st -April 2^nd 2025.

Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is approx 11 miles from the hotel. You can use MARTA trains from the airport (red or gold line) to Peachtree Center. This station is located to 2 blocks from the hotel.

Yes indeed. We have secured extremely competitive rates for registered summit participants. Rates are $229 (plus taxes). Hotel reservations are NOW OPEN, once you have made your event registration you will be sent a confirmation email which includes the link to make your reservation directly with the hotel. All details are confirmed by the hotel.  The cut-off date for this rate is March 7, 2025. After this date the hotel can determine the rate charged over the event period.

The top price to attend the summit is $1595, which applies from February 1, 2025. Our Early Bird rate until December 31, 2025, is $995, and from January 1 until January 31, 2025, the price is $1295.

You have access to all the sessions (based on availability) during the main event dates of March 31-April 2, 2025. Along with great education, you will enjoy dozens of networking events and social activities. Our scrumptious food and beverage offerings are plentiful. You will not go hungry!

You can cancel your registrations and receive a 100% refund up to January 31, 2025. After this date and until February 28, 2025, you will receive a refund of 70% of the rate you have paid. From March 1, 2025, onwards there is no refund available. Should AIIM need to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control (Act of God), we will transfer all registrations to the AI+IM Global Summit 2026.  If you need to cancel your place at the AI+IM Global Summit you will need to send an email to hello@aiim.org making the cancellation request

Sorry we do not. The AI+IM Global Summit is an event that includes interactions with peers within our education program. We focus on education and peer-to-peer connections developed in work sessions and social activities. We do not have a traditional exhibit hall for you to visit.

Unfortunately, we do not. We find that the richest summit experience is gleaned by going all-in from start to finish.

When selecting speakers and sessions, we look for real-world examples from people who have first-hand experience solving information management issues. You can expect to be engaged and learn from your peers during these relevant discussions. 

We are constantly working on providing the best topics and sessions. The website is always up to date with our plans, and prior to arriving in Atlanta we will open up booking for sessions.

When used in the context of an event, a "cohort" typically refers to a group of participants who share a common characteristic, experience, or purpose within the larger conference setting. Using cohorts can enhance an event experience by providing more personalized and relevant content to attendees, fostering deeper connections, and facilitating more effective learning and networking opportunities.

At the AI+IM Global Summit, we encourage you to engage with your cohort during breakout sessions, group discussions, and networking events. We hope your cohort will provide a sense of community and mutual support throughout the experience.

AIIM will assign you a cohort of like-minded peers. Based on data we receive from all summit attendees, we will craft cohorts to maximise collaborative learning and networking. We will consider creating cohorts based on industry, job function, organizational size, or even interests. Don’t forget to complete that data when we request it—it’s in your best interests!

No, that is your decision. We are providing cohorts so everyone has an option to have a ‘team’ of like-minded peers to bounce ideas with or have some buddies. You are free to build your own journey within the event based on your own and your organization's learning requirements. We will encourage time with your cohort, and the program on Wednesday is designed to spend with your cohort in facilitated conversations.

We love new faces and energy – so thank you. We will host a pre-event virtual First Timers Meet and Greet where you can ask questions and meet some other attendees. This will be part orientation session and part interactive to enable you to meet other first-timers

During the workshop session on Monday, March 31, you can expect lunch to be included in your workshop registration. We will also provide drinks and small snacks at the Happy Hour.

Registration will open for on Monday March 31. We will share all these details as we get closer to the event date.

We are designing this event to maximize engagement and interactivity on-site and in-person. Therefore, we won't have a virtual element. AIIM will continue to have various virtual events throughout the year, such as webinars and interactive member meet-ups.
